It must be awful being a dipper fan. Imagine waking up every morning knowing you only support a team because you are a social outcast, looked down upon by all football fans - even Millwall supporters. Knowing that the club you have latched onto (probably because of (A) peer pressure, or (B) total lack of footballing knowledge, or both) has been proven time and time again to be devoid of any redeeming features whatsoever. Killing innocent people, kicking fuck out of women and children, launching a co-ordinated and totally unjustified attack on an opponents team coach, and run crying to mummy when those nasty supporters from other clubs give you a bit of verbals back.
Knowing that the city you come from has one of the worst reputations in the whole of Europe, but your chosen club's reputation is even worse than the fucking city that it comes from!

Knowing that the only reason you'll almost certainly be lifting the Premier trophy this season is because of an extraordinary attack of mass lethargy that hit all the usual contenders - most notably us. And knowing that you were the lesser of three evils this season (no true football fan ever wants either the gooners or the rags to so much as win a game of tiddly-winks).

On behalf of sports fans everywhere, we'll be taking our trophy back next season - count on it.

I watch the game against PSG last night and I have to say this team doesnt come close to City when we were good and the Klopp team competing against us .
Against us the had 34% pos , City where at its lowest and Liverpool highest and they didnt try to dominate the game but played on the counter attack. Last night any other team playing like they did looses by 3 or 4 .they simple rote there luck again and again. Allison had the game of is live I give him that but there is a offsite goal by inch and clear red card not given, I mean that is simply luck not a great team earning its luck.
We never did that I just dont see this Liverpool team as a great team and when there luck runs out (next season ?) they will be where we are now.
Sorry i just dont see a great Liverpool site , it is good and everyone is working its ass off but they are lucky very very lucky over and over again.

This really might be Liverpool's year, they're having a similar season to our treble one in that a lot is going their way and you need that for special seasons. They were absolutely battered last night (can't remember that happening to City much tbf in that season) and had like 27 shots against them, they got very *lucky* with the non-red card for Konate and somehow stole a win near the end. They're cruising the league, every other rival is just terrible and the stars are aligning for them. I don't expect Newcastle to beat them in the cup final, given their suspension and injury issues.

I'd just like to thank you for ruining my day

I think last seasons City, who also weren't very good, would beat this Liverpool side. It says a lot about the quality right now, but you have to give it to them that they've had a couple of seasons of being average(ish) and now when teams have dropped they have undoubtedly improved. Last night was their worst performance of the season but they still won away in Paris, you can't knock it unfortunately.

When Konate didn't go I knew that they were going to get something out of the game.

Correct , almost every fkin game summat goes for em Anyway fk em

I don't know if it's been suggested but assuming liverpool win the title this season, I would absolutely love it if that when we play them at the Etihad next season, every city fan brings and holds up a tea cup. Just like Bernardo Silva did during their guard of honour when they won the covid title

They're afraid WW3 is going to ruin their trophy parade this time round :D

I dont agree they are not having similar season , we were miles better, we dominated all games no one did to us what PSG did to theme last night, I dont think anyone has dominated us like PSG did since Pep came Villa perhaps but no I havent seen us been played like that off the park like that in a long long time. And typical City we would never ever win a game like that . Like I said before they were very very very lucky had nothing to do about good defending , PSG could have scored 4 or 5 but for Allison thats not good defending thats out of this world goalkeeping and thats not something you can trust going forward.

Splitting hairs i guess, City's CL run in the treble season was insane, we didn't drop a game and conceded only 5 goals through the whole tournament. But in the league we had lost 4 games and drawn 4 games by Feb, we got some luck in the next few games and then just went on a mad one to the end of the season. We have defo won games like that before, thinking Arsenal top of my head when Rodri scored - it happens. I don't think they've been outstanding this season, but it was around this time that City would generally move gears, so we will have to see if Liverpool have those kind of bollocks.
