These people had contacts within the LFC ticket office but even after those people weren't employed there they still managed to get tickets for games and sell them on at a profit as they had customer accounts, not just at Liverpool, but at other clubs including ours.

Damian Nolan, defending Louis James, said Liverpool FC could not claim reputational damage from the fraud "because senior players in the first team squad were equally active in this market as anyone and that was happening right under the club's nose.
So the players were also reselling tickets for profit??

I saw this on last nights local news.

No real details of which tickets in particular - wonder if any of the tickets for a certain match in Paris were involved.

They also targeted other clubs - City being one of them.

Chelsea fans eh? Or perhaps it was the SAS at it again trying to besmirch the lovable little scamps.

Weren't liverpool the only club in the last few years to want paper tickets for the cl final ? Why did the club do that ? To make it easier for the touts and forgers

Wonder what action will be taken against the players involved.

I wonder if they supplied CL final tickets. The ones that never existed after all Liverpool fans were found to be saints in Paris afterwards?

Now, now, dear 'Tin Foil Hat' (and you too, dear 'Give It To Gordon'!), that's a calumny aimed at The Scouse Red Filth that is unworthy of you!

As 'Exhibit 1' above clearly demonstrates, those fine, upstanding fellow-my-lads who represented our country and cemented our contribution to the 'Entente Cordiale' that evening in Paris were all in possession of completely above board tickets..!

I can't understand why players on shit loads of money want to squeeze a bit more by getting involved in selling tickets. It's mental how greedy some people are.
