Liverpool v City - post match thread

Didnt expect anything. Got nothing.

Only plus was everyone else being shit, but hard to see us showing the character to put a run together.

Astonishing display.
So much for all the big talk from players and manager about using the cup as a springboard for a title challenge.
No fight, belief or bottle.

As soon as a team goes at us, presses us and looks hungry, we back off and wilt.

They are hampered by Pellegrini management fucking clueless in so many games! You don't go to Anfield and play open football it's suicide. 11 games left win Saturday try and get a run going but just not confident with Pellegrini.

They deserve pelting with coins, bag of piss and shit. Then they might get the message that they're a bunch of overpaid, under-performing, spineless cunts. That's how angry I am tonight.
You're making it worse. NOBODY EVER deserves that, no matter how bad it is. Its a football match, anyway I'm not commenting to you again about it, but I think you're a disgrace for posting that, and if that is the way this forum is going then I want no further part in it.

F**king disgraceful, no matter how angry you are.

Totally disagree, check our remaining games.... Have faith, not blind faith, real faith. We have quite an easy run in, the most difficult game will be Chavs away, Arse and Ushited are beatable at home! The rest are all very winnable, very winnable indeed. The way we finish our seasons over the last few years has been impressive. You mark my words, we are going to win the league, will check the market, may even be worth a punt.

I like your optimism mate, I just haven't seen anything this season to suggest we're capable of putting a winning run together.

Chelsea, Man Utd, Arsenal and Southampton all left to play - on this form we'll probably lose 2 or 3 of those games. Our record against the better teams in the league this season is awful.
