Liverpool v City - post match thread

Publicly ? Like on Twitter or Facebook ? It was heat of the moment an PB is usually one of the calmest members of the forum, it takes a lot to piss him off so wind your neck in and cut him some slack.
To be fair I tried to defend the man to cleavers but he said it again

I imagine like myself when everyone saw both teams thought we had a great chance. Peller's main mistake was not having any midfielders on our bench.

The players have to take a serious look at themselves. We played against a team that just wanted it so much more.

I think our remaining fixtures will get us top 4.

Our record against the top 7 is lost 7 drawn 3 - Arse and Rags at home to come. This is why we will not win the CL. As soon as we draw a decent team it might get very embarrassing similar to Arse a few seasons back.

The stat above, shows us how far back Peller's has taken us , yet he has still managed to win the league and cups, so will be seen by most as doing a good job.

No on a separate thread on here. Wind your neck in? Throw coins at players? Grow up.

We were shite tonight, but we never get anything at Anfield. The points return against the top sides in the league this season isn't anywhere near good enough. As one of the other posters said, if I was to pick one of the 3 games to lose in the last week, it would have also been this one. Win our game in hand and the flappers might stop fretting about top 4.

We will win the CL anyway or failing that, if the rags pip us for top four, we could ask for the wild card place they are trying to sort out in case they don't qualify!
