When seen the Liverpool team I though we had a great chance of winning, after 2 mins I would of settled for the Draw, saying that before the cup final I had us down for 2 defeats just because Liverpool always out work us and tactically of the ball 100% better! Sunday we sat back more worked more and we had enough chances to win 2 games. Come tonight we don't play the same plus players didn't work as hard WHY...
I have to say my ass is going now. It's in our hands still in terms of securing champions league, which has to be the minimum.
But this is end of an era. Coupled with some terrible business we are a pale shadow of the team we were.
The stats this year are just ugly now. Our worst run since the takeover by a country mile.
I'm not sure where or what to blame, but we are in free fall and that has to be stopped in whatever capacity is required. There is a severe danger of us dropping out of the top 4. Anyone who suggests otherwise is kidding themselves. Our league form is absolutely scandalous. We need a run to start and pronto.
