From what I can see the loonies have been marginalised and practically every single one of the opposition front bench is more impressive than their government counterpart.

We won’t know how good Labour are until they’re in government and are given a chance. The odds of them being worse than what we’ve had the last 12 years aren’t far off zero. That alone is enough to have them in power.
