Was at Newborough beach on Sunday. We usually get there early and leave late. I like walking out to the island, walking on the beach towards Bodorgan, walking through the forest, BBQ. Happens in Irish too. They have to decide whether to put a descriptive translation name or a phonetic equivalent using the Gaelic alphabet (like tacsaí) on modern words or inventions.And modern words get nicked from the English and given a 'Welsh' makeover!
Most of the villages round here are worth a fortune on a scrabble board.....It’s like someone tips out of can of alphabetti spaghetti and then go, yeah that’ll do, we will call it that.
