He had a big player aura, mojo and still has, considering his performances at Everton.

Doku lacks that

Maybe salary was the issue, because current Grealish is better than Doku, has more "depth" and we would be stronger with him.

But he had 5 times more salary than Doku.

I mean, considering we have Rodri back and Stones is back and great replacement for Gundogan in Reijnders, and great replacement for KDB in Cherki or Marmoush, I wanted Pep to try that treble winners` tactics once again. Why not.

Still way better than his current solution with Rico-Ait-Nouri as fullbacks and Savio-Doku as inside wingers in 4-3-3 formation.

Really surprised at his physicality, I don't really know much about him but I thought the Championship might catch him out physically. On that showing he's going to be fine.

Think he'll struggle to make it here. No passes five yards behind the intended recipient or so slow that they stop all attacking momentum.

I hope Doku has a decent season so I can get the same amount for him from West Ham, Aston Villa, or elsewhere. And with that £100 million, I'd go get Barcola from PSG, who wants to leave after seeing his playing time reduced with the arrival of Kvara. And I'd rather spend the same amount on Olise at Bayern for the right winger position.

Did you know that barcola won’t get the space he gets for PSG? Also maybe considering that he is also someone who needs several chances to score? Yes he scored 20 but he is so ineffective in front of goal it’s hilarious + he started both games for PSG this season

Yes, I've known Barcola since he started professionally with Olympique Lyonnais. Since I'm from Lyon, I rarely miss OL, OM, and PSG matches. All of PSG's opponents in Ligue 1 park their cars and defend very deep, especially in the last two seasons since Luis Enrique's arrival. He turns 23 today, and this summer he opened the door to a transfer. Bayern and Liverpool made contact, but PSG refused any negotiations. He's very unhappy with his playing time since Kvara's arrival in January, and if the latter continues to perform well, along with Dembelé and Doué, he won't play much. Next summer, with two years left on his contract, he'll certainly want to move.

he has the same profile as Raheem Sterling, he is very good on the counterattack and also good in small spaces because he is unpredictable, he can go outwards as well as cut inwards, he is a player who does not hesitate to make calls and counter calls, he attacks the space and asks for the ball in depth not just the ball in the feet like our wingers, last season he scored 21 goals and provided 19 assists in his second year at PSG, he does not miss more goals than Haaland, he is one of the best left wingers in Europe.
