login problems.

I'm getting a "you've exceeded your login attempts " message and twice tonight I've had to guess Joe Harts nationally.
No problem getting on, I'm guessing this is just a glitch from the recent site tweek.

Can't login via Tapatalk either. Getting the same messages

The people getting the "you have exceeded your login" - this one is actually our fault. We're working to fix it at the moment with our hosting company, as something that they are doing is blocking your proper IPs from coming through and our login checker works on IPs.

If anybody is a bit techie here, I need to see a HTTP response header called CF-RAY and the value inside of it. If any of you know how to check your HTTP headers and have the add on available then you'll be doing me a world of good by providing that information. Failing that, there's a cookie with a value called __cfid with a long string of numbers. That should be helpful aswell.

On a different computer now and it seems fine. Any ideas? I'm not switching browsers at home tbh.

This backs up our idea that the problem is something on your end of the configuration. As I said, we need to find what is common between you and the other users having this issue. You aren't all running the same add-ons or anything are you?

Well, I'm getting logged off every couple of minutes, then have to type in Agueros goal. I know Joe Hart is a jock but no fucker has asked me.
This is the third time in 3 minutes I've tried to write this.

No issues with firefox on windows 7/8.1
I've swapped to Firefox from Chrome on Win8.1 (mainly for Silverlight support, cheers Google :( ) and have had no more issues.

Chrome seemed to be the only similarity I could see in the UA strings.

What extensions were you running mate?

360 Internet Protection
Adblock - disabled for Bluemoon
Chrome to Mobile
Clear Cache
History Limiter Custom
Privacy Badger - googleads.g.doubleclick.net is the only tracking cookie blocked
RoboForm Lite Password Manager
Vanilla Cookie Manager
I also had Flash disabled by default.

Seems a lot now I've listed them...

I am currently on Safari browser on my Iphone. It asked me who scored a goal in extra time. I had to google. Did I pass? :) haha.
Anyway cannot get on tapatalk at all. Just started yesterday afternoon for me.

Yes thanks that's exactly what I needed.

The highlighted cookie is the one that should have a string in it if you clicked the "Keep me logged on" box when you go to log in. Are you sure that you're doing it every time you login?

I don't have a 'keep me logged on' box - I've never ticked anything like that

I closed my laptop, came back and opened the forum and now hopefully replied, all while still logged in from before.

I.ve just had to go through the exceeded your number of logins and question at the end of it again????............

This is our problem rather than something on your end, and we're working hard with our hosts to try to fix it.
