I really dont mind reading stuff like this, the only grievance I have is when the likes of Liam, Chaz and Taylor post the stuff they hear but if anyone else posts rumours they get ripped to shit by said posters.

I remember a post saying Ajay should be banned if nobody signed on monday or tuesday of this week from Liam.

malg before you get too much further up yourself, if I am one of the people you are talking about, firstly my post was relatively tongue in cheek, secondly I said there is a 1 in 1,000,000 chance of us signing Messi and statistically there is actually a better than one in a million chance of us signing Messi
 
now this may sound completely absurd but kindly give it a thought .Messi had a good WC even though he didnt get a goal he had quite a few shots on goal to be miracalously saved by the keepers.There was kind of a jinx he couldnt break it , now for his team to be dumped out of the WC that too by 4 goals will quite be disheartening for a player who was touted to have a legend making peformance at WC even though he was doubted to shine in his country colours.Now watchinh his barca team mates relishing the WC glory will be quite hard for him realising that in a team where he is the star performer and a kind of envy and frustration sets in seeing these guys around in training .New signing Villa will probably make him more uncomfortable knowing that he has become the new apple of the eyes of his barca team mates .(ya u will say that messi is far better than anyone , but this can have a effect on his psyche) .He wouldnt like to stay in a team where some guys can probably outshine him with their new found glory and probably he will try to switch to another league and team where he is the only STAR. i think barca are saturated with stars and messi may try to experience the PL. the stories of tevez talking with messi about oasis could probably be selling city idea to him. Who knows anything can happen?
 
I would love this to be true but I am far to cynical these days especially where the info is from the mate of the groundsman. But thanks Liam for having the bottle to post it. If it turns out to be true

1) You will have ITK hero status for ever
2) Some posters will owe you a hugh apology
3) It will be the biggest signing at City ever and you had that info before anyone else.

If it is bullshit, you have already covered the bases for that.

This is like the 2nd time I've posted info for starters so don't put me in the same category as Chaz and Taylor.

Unlike Ajay, I haven't built up a reputation of being ITK just to go and bullshit.
