What would you do?

I now live in Canada and have to pick my games carefully.

I was planning to get over for the final, but with the draw falling the way it has, if we get the rags I suspect it will be a bigger event/atmosphere than the final...and if we win I expect the craic will be better than winning the final.

So...semi v rags or Final v Wigan/Millwall/B'burn?

I did the semi and final last time...but can't do it again this year.

Decisions...decisions

ive been to every home game this season and alot of aways.. im not on the cup scheme but i reallly worry about not getting a ticket and losing out to people like yourself..

Care to elaborate as to what "people like yourself" means?

Are you saying fans outside of England shouldn't be allowed to go? Maybe if you got on the cup scheme you wouldn't have to worry about it.

Do you not think he can go because he has built up points over many years of following City, just because he now lives overseas he should not get the rewards for doing so?

YAWN!!! the whole loyalty things has already started....im a bigger blue than you because........bullshit! paying to come over from canada for one game shows massive loyalty. if you go to every home game you should have enough points for a ticket so youve got nothing to worry about.

I'm in the same boat this year - can only make either the semi or the final
as weekends away are a bit limited due to family stuff at the moment

decided to gamble and pick the final, if I went to semi and we lost I'd be miserable anyway

Me and the wife will be coming for the final (if we get there). My mates are getting club wembley tickets so we can all sit together. This will free up the four tickets that they are allowed to purchase anyway. You'r welcome. Sorry can't make it to the semi though.

again we see the "don't live in manchester? you can fuck off" attitude.

I guess not

Hopefully you're referring to somebody who "like myself" was born a mile from Maine Rd. Somebody who had a season ticket at 12 and travelled home and away thereafter for many years. Somebody who watched us through all the shit years. Somebody who's spent an average of 8 grand a year flying me and my boys over to watch city in the 3 years since moving to Canada?

If so, good lad...you're spot on.

Also, don't worry...even though I suspect I have more loyalty points than you...I'll be paying to go in club wembley so you needn't worry yourself.

You never did answer the question though....Semi or Final?

I'm on the Cup scheme but not even bothering with the semi.

Just don't agree with the semis at Wembley, decided to give the last one against United a miss also.

It's all about the Final for me, not the day out, having something tangible at the end of it rather than just bragging rights.
