This has been going on for the best part of four years now; a governement gets appointed to appease half the country, the other half then demonstrate. To appease this other half, a different government is appointed. Cue demonstrations from the original lot. And so on and so forth. There are fundamental differences between the two sides that I simply cannot see being resolved.
Myself and Mammutly jousted over this topic for many months, and I was generally (and moderately) pro-Thaksin. Despite that stance, I can tell you one thing for certain: Thaksin Shinawatra is about as corrupt a politician/businessman as it is possible to get.
Funny enough we have quite a few of them over here running our country or ruining our country which ever way you want to look at it.
