I didn't make a sound I was dumbfounded. I'd had £10.00 @ 75/1 on Fowler to score first and us to win 3-1 and the little fucker decides to smack it off the underside of the crossbar with full time approaching and me £760 richer.
I stopped betting on Derby matches after that.
Opposite here, my old fella had 3 quid on 4-1 Fowler first goal at 350/1 and took it from Fred Done's Civic branch.

Only stated the correct time because im sure it was the earliest kick off in Premier League history. Dont think its happened again eitherI did allow a bit of artistic rubato to the story.

I'm in that somewhere in 218One to add, one of the loudest and prolonged songs was the Hey Jude at the Etihad after we beat the rags one nil in 2012 (Kompany header) - they say you could hear it as clear as anything in the City Centre and beyond. Often makes me realise what it would be like if the arm folders sang every song
