Low cost airlines, love 'em or hate 'em

They've given travel opportunities to many people who might otherwise be unable to afford them. Yes, you're treated a bit like cattle and milked at every given opportunity, but then what do you expect for such cheap flights? I mean, it's cheaper than going by train a lot of the time.

I've flown with many airlines, from Ryanair on one end of the spectrum to Singapore Airlines at the other. I'm 6"3, I barely get any leg room in economy whichever I fly with, so it makes no difference to me which airline it is. Food's always crap, even with the top airlines, so I always bring my own.

Honestly, I think the shit that Ryanair and other budget airlines get is really just snobbery. Read the small print, do exactly what it says and you won't get stung. Simple as that.

Easyjet let you book your food at a discount on line to be served first.
If thick cunts don’t do any research - tough.
Similarly booking hands free online get your bags in the hold for £7.
There are still dozens of idiots paying £40 + to put their bags in the hold at the airport.

Was on ryanair app.
I put in for a return flight and accidentally put in the flight returning and leaving on the same day
This message popped up "this is an airline, not a time machine"

Only problem I've had with them is they are always full to the brim with Scouse twats. That probably says more about me than them to be honest.

Cheap flight. Quick service. Never bought a scratchcard off them. They do a job.

There's a budget one in the U S, Spirit.com I put in Raleigh North Carolina to Orlando and it came up $20 one way, no wonder they use them over there like taxis.

We usually use EasyJet but have never had a problem with RyanAir either.

In fact we're travelling to Valencia with them in a few weeks - £231 return for all 4 of us, not bad.

It's not so much the cost or low quality service of discount airlines that bothers me. It is that the towns they fly to are technically two hours away from the town they claim to be in. Also their flight times are very unsocial (have to be at the airport at like 3 am).

It’s the customer service and getting in contact with the twats at Ryanair, you only have to look at how they handled refunds in lockdown one to know what they feel about customers, set of twats, if they went bust and that fucker in charge was made homeless not a single fuck would be given.

Flown most of them only one I've had trouble with is Ryan Air, opened up a lot of places to a lot of people, great for European away games as well :-)
