According to the above article, he favours PSG because Manchester is 'boring'. Seems Carlos' work in Argentina must have been shown in Brazil too, good old 2 restaurant Manchester. But it's talksport so it's probably a load of rubbish.
To be fair most people would choose Paris over Manchester as somewhere to live.

To be honest this guy told me that someone was being shown round our training complex etc. today and that it's a bit of a suprise one. I put 2 and 2 together and made Lucas but he's just told me it was Sinclair.
