When has Paqueta briefed that? Infact he’s denied it on his own personal twitter.I’m never happy when a player starts briefing they are not happy, hate the style of play etc. Regardless of Bernardo making it clear he’d like to leave, he’s always given 100% and remained professional and that I respect, but what happens in 6 months if Paqueta is dropped or not playing as much as he likes? Will he start causing waves? Just doesn’t sit easy with me.

The more I think about this transfer, the more on board with it I am. The fee is pretty high, but I’m not paying it so that doesn’t really bother me. Think he’ll thrive at City, and gives us a bit more creativity in midfield. Get a winger in now and it will have been a very good window.
