If anything we would leave him at Flamengo so he can finish the season like we did with Gabriel Jesus, but he is one of the best midfielders in Brazil that hasn’t been snapped up yet so who knows what the plan will be.

Who says he won’t and how do you even go straight into this squad at this point? We’re borderline world class at every single position. Would you have paid 40m for GJ or Mbappe before they blew up? If we pull the trigger then I’m sure we trust his quality. Luiz is a 6 and this kid an 8/10 type.

Brief rivals on the pitch but became good friends with U20s. Douglas was more defensive in a pivot, Lucas plays further ahead like Kev and Dave in a similar formation. I would love to see Pep work with Lucas specifically, Douglas too, I think he could be the next Zinchenko in terms of never or Hartley used on loan then joins the team and shows his true quality.
