Sounds like spot fixing and a lengthy ban. Is there a similar case to compare to in football? Closest thing I can think of are the Pakistanis bowlers bowling no balls.
Toney bet against his own team to lose, in matches he did not play in.This is way worse than Toney. This is literally spot fixing I fully expect him to be banned for at least 3 years minimum. Toney didn’t bet in games he was involved in but was punished as footballers aren’t aloud to bet period.
Has anyone checked Kalvin Phillips family and friends betting habits? ;-)
I'm confident that it will be shown Sullivan & Silkman knew about the charges from the start of transfer negotiations. The FA investigation has been in process for months and the club and player would have been notified as soon as it officially began. The "Confidential" smokescreen is a sure sign.I’d like to know if West Ham knew anything about an ongoing investigation during the time that we were supposedly negotiating his transfer. Or were they in the dark? I wouldn’t put it past Dildo Sullivan to try and flog him, knowing that there was this hanging over Paqueta!
And also bet on himself to score in games.Toney bet against his own team to lose, in matches he did not play in.
