Yes please.......(but surely rubbish?)

Manchester City are believed to have made an approach for out-of-favour Chelsea player Romelu Lukaku.

The Belgium player has never really fitted in at Stamford Bridge, but has had impressive loan spells at both West Brom and Everton.

Last season Lukaku netted 17 times for West Brom and this season has netted five for Everton in just eight starts.

Now Manchester City, with one eye on the possible departure of Edin Dzeko, are said to have made an enquiry.

However, they may face competition as the 20 year-old has also caught the eye of Arsenal

Why so he can be one of four strikers and always worry whether he is starting or not ..for me I say yes he's a diamond that I would love at city but I honestly don't see why anybody not messi or ronaldo would want to come ..at city you won't play consistently you won't have that confidence that you know you are the man and you will be in that starting lineup week in week out unless your part of our already established spine with vinne yaya silva and Kune..the football world is to wide open with top class clubs to settle for a part time job..I wish it wasn't like that here

Chelsea will not sell him to a rival and possibly not to a club in England.

Fuck me and you take the piss out of the MEN. ;)

Not sure exactly whats gone on, but from the sounds Jose isn't entirely happy with Lukaku and something he's been saying recently.

Personally don't think Lukaku would be a good signing, his link up play and ability to bring others into the game is a long way off Negredo's and at the moment you need more than a good goal scoring record to get into our team, which Dzeko has found out pretty sharpish.

He is still young enough to learn the game though mate.

After the comments today it does seem Mourinho isn't that impressed by him and could well find Lukaku leaving permanently. Once you get on the wrong side of him you don't really get back.

Lukaku would have his pick of clubs to go to and could force the move himself, especially if Mourinho continues with playing Torres, Eto'o and Ba over him.
