It gives Nunes the chance to show his worth just behind the front three. Give Foden the Debryne role. It also gives us skill in midfield and its flexible. Just the way I see it.

This selection gives us our best chance of retaining the ball and strangling the opposition. Whether it has the speed and creativity in the middle to create enough chances for Haaland to score (given his recent misses) is the question.

Wouldn't mind Lewis in place of Kovacic, he was bullied against Villa but needs to learn. If Gvardiol can only play LB then I really don't understand the signing.

As for Walker, why have we ripped up our treble winning formula to get Walker into the team, starting to subscribe to the idea that he was promised big minutes in order to stay. He's great for Madrid away, but against tight defences his on the ball abilities just don't cut it.

Still feel we're winning the league. This feels rough at the moment but let's ride the storm, let Pep and the players figure it out. Come April we'll be hearing 'we can't compete' again.

And if not, so what? A bad season after a treble is forgivable.

Think we'll find a way to beat Luton, though. 1-2.

Not when da pool and Arse get winners for fun in injury time..we never look like we have an attack in us when it gets to 85 plus.. need to train for 100 minutesnowadays minimum and have something extra between 90 - 100 mins.. not us this season
