I went with Phil, comfortably our best player in the first hour, until he got clattered, not even a yellow card for a tackle like that, just ridiculous.

Rodri by far. Every time he had the ball was the times we were creating any danger: the pass that broke the lines, dribbling and moving the ball forward... Ake played well, but without Rodri we don't score today.

Rodri for me as well. All the little tackles he got in broke it up. Classiest player on the pitch

I thought Gvardiol was one of our main creators in the first half, but faded in the second. Phil was decent throughout and Ake nullified Adebayo when moved across.

Bernie was great second half, having been largely anonymous in the first.

Gone for Bernardo because of his work rate and goal but I’m surprised Gvardiol only has a few votes. Probably his best game so far and a glimpse of the player we hoped he’d be.

Foden took another good kicking for ninety minutes and zero protection from the officials , but he stood up to the caveman football , what the f*ck are Luton doing in the Premier league ? They make Vinnie Jones's Wimbledon look like Real Madrid.
