Lyon were really good. A good point but a bad performance, if only we would've played a few more seniors then maybe we could've won.

Great spirit in the team to not give up,when at times under the cosh Lyon threw everything at us and although some great defending from them a lot was last ditch,I’ll be having a large wedge on whoever plays Lyon Saturday or Sunday as they’ll beat them they will be done physically from this game..must mention Laporte what a player never seems to get ruffled or panic ..

Great result, especially with the injuries we have. Laporte was immense, second best player on the pitch behind that N'dombele fella, he was class. Delph has to play ahead of zinchenko.

Laporte showing yet again why he is probably our best player of the year, terrific game of football which we probably needed for a bit of battle hardness later in the campaign

I'll take that. With one or two exceptions (Laporte, Stones, Ferna, Sergio) I thought we were awful.

Thought Ndombele looked excellent.

Excellent at miscontrolling the ball, getting fairly dispossessed, throwing himself on the floor and getting a free kick? Agree.
