Ran a campaign as a radical upstart, turned out to be the epitome of last millenia centrist. Uber-entitled extremists realise, 'all hell' breaks loose as they realise that destabilising the country will require more than influencing politics. The usual question is 'What Do You Want?'. In their case, I think the answer is 'Fuck off, we're here to burn stuff'. This may be a symbolic act as the major complaint in the population actually appears to be the price of petrol.
Anyway, I'm not a fan but maybe we could do with a few more. I have a sneaking suspicion that much of Five Star is cut from the same cloth. Leave it to the opportunist career politicians to find a way of riding the wave of 'insurgent politics', hoodwinking the not quite extremist revolting peasants, the non-Trotskyite leftist, and the lazy well-I-just-don't-care-for-blacks segment rather than those bent on Race War. And what do they get? Boredom in politics, which is apparently the worst fate that can become a Nation. Outrageous stuff.
In other good news apparently Slovakia's moderates are defeating the nationalists, and Erdogan, despite having instilled a totalitarian control over the nation, internet and media, lost the local elections, probably because it's hard to distract people from the fact the economy has utterly tanked. Anyway, the news of the AKP defeats is tempered by the fact the **** isn't facing a national election until 2023, which is presumably enough time to arrest the 30 or so million who voted against him.
