Some nice touches, but one on one he's one of the worst finishers in the Premiership. Needs to go back to the training ground and practice just burying the ball in the corner of the net, instead of fannying around hoping to do something cute. Same pre-season, when he fucked around with that stupid pirouette out in America. Good player but when he's through on the keeper he needs to be a little more like Michael Owen or David White or Ian Rush and less of a smarty pants.
Great pass by Silva for Spain's goal by the way, not that any of the cnut commentators bothered to even mention it!

Hahaha this whole post is bullshit. Mario is one of the best finishers in the Premiership so what he missed? Every striker misses you seem to have a chip on your should against the lad. Also the Silva pass was discussed in length on ESPN and by the commentators on BBC so what you on about?

Mario has fucked up for us time and time again. It's clearly not a club only thing. If we have serious aspirations for European glory we must ditch this clown.

Deary me!

Am I the only one who heard monkey noises aimed at Balo today?

I heard them particularly clearly when he had a go at the linesman, and after he had that strop in the penalty area.

I was surprised that the commentators didn't comment on it, but I'm shocked that there's been no mention of it in tomorrow's papers.

Clear as day to me, backwards little shithole.

Seemingly not

To be fair half the thick fuckers on here would've gladly joined in!

Then what are you implying here ? You said it.

I await your attempt to talk your way out of what you said since your now seemingly trying to distance yourself from it.

Read more, you may learn to articulate your viewpoints more concisely and without getting angry so easily.

By the "thick fuckers crew" do you mean anyone who has an opposing viewpoint to yourself ? :)

Great. I'll get back to you when/if I can be bothered.

I think the pressure on Mario for a 21 year old in a tournament like the Euros is a lot to put on a young lad! It's the same problem England have, we did it with Beckham then Owen then Rooney and we'll most likely do it with Chamberlain now!

I didn't see the game so I can't comment on Marios performance but it seems as though he had a bit of a stinker, much like a 28 year old Robben had the other day??

Punching the pitch like a 4yr old , when will he stop embarrassing himself?
Hardly embarrassing, it shows how passionate he is and how eager to please/win

I thought Mario played decent. If missing 1 chance isnt good enough for us then why are people on here raving about signing RVP ? As for him thumping the ground, maybe showing passion ? Also yellow was harsh considering other tackles but after him punching the ground and ref having a word(bookable offence?)it was inevitable. Will be interesting see if he starts next game.

That eager to win when he was one on one with the keeper he didn't shoot.

Mario punching the pitch reminds me of wolfboy throwing a strop at the 1-6.

You're right. He should have shown his passion by attempting to cripple the Spanish goalkeeper like the other Italian forward.
