Maddest celebration

Too many to pick one out.

Blackpool away in the FA Cup was mental

Everton away in the Cup
Portsmouth away in the League the year we got promoted.

Aside from some of the more obvious ones that's the one that comes to mind, completely barking mad celebration on the terracing behind the goal.

Also the late equaliser by Gidman at Huddersfield in the Cup (I think it was the round before the Blackpool game), the one where someone's crutches went flying into the air and landed on the perimeter track!

Paul Lakes last minute equaliser against Blackpool away, was only 14.. POSSIBLY THE MADDEST DAY OF ALL TO THIS DAY WATCHING CITY.

In no special order:
Goater's second goal to make it 3-1 in the last Maine Road derby.
Richards at Villa in the last minute of the Cup.
Macken's winner at Spurs.
Steve Mackenzie's equalizer when I charged up and down the steps in a mostly Spurs section of Wembley.
Showing my age, my first mad celebration was of Bobby Johnstone's goal in the 1956 Wembley final.

Soon to be followed by Kompany's last minute header to beat the Scouse at Anfield.

Always makes me laugh watching that and seeing the city fan launch himself off the crush barrier and disappear

When David White set off towards the North Stand with the score at 9-1, I was in the middle of the Kippax.
When the ball hit the back of the net for the 10th, I ended up at the front!
Totally agree, anyone remember the bloke with a bad leg throwing his crutches in the air when the tenth went in?

if that happens it will go straight in at number 1 for me

Without including the obvious big games there was that mad scramble in the box for our last minute equaliser at Blackpool that I think Lakey was credited with. John Gidman of course at Huddersfield and Micah's header at Villa all come to mind.

for me it has to be fa cup semi at villa park in 1981 Ipswich had such a fantastic team that day and we were deffo underdogs By error we ended up sitting with Ipswich fans but when Paul Powers free kick bend in we went fucking mental did not care who I hugged and kissed in a block with City fans surrounded by the tractor boys incidently the Paul Power equalizer at Everton in the quarters was right up there to, with my uncles famous "ive never kissed a man before" still making us laugh today City have given all some crap and cracking memories
