Madrid Home tickets

Got to checkout, wouldnt let me assign the ticket then crashed and im back in the (paused) queue.
Least ive got my ticket...

O for the blissful days of just turning up and paying at a turnstile and the only decision was wether to buy a season ticket. I haven't been to a game for years now and I definitely haven't got the patience to jump through all the hoops/rules/schemes/membership levels/attendance levels of today. I take my hat off to one and all going through all this crap. At the end of the day despite all the complexities it would still appear that average Joe is at the back of the queue reading various posts on here and I think it's a poor show.

I swear to god, this has been happening for years now. It's absolutely fucking scandalous. My lads both missed out on Real Madrid tickets a couple of years ago because of it. Even now, every single game, when I try to buy their flexi gold tickets it crashes. Every single time. I've tried to tell the club and some numpty will go "Yeah, we've heard about this.." and nothing happens.

I'm going to say it again. Our IT department is an embarrasment. It was them that got us hacked for the charges which have hung over this club for years now during our most succesful era. Cloud based ticket sites shoudl NEVER crash. Especially with the same errors for years.
 
Has anybody any idea if this will go to Members who haven't previously bought any Chump League games? Ideally want to take my lad and hanging on to see if it gets to that level. He hasn't been to any Champs league games on his membership

Usually there are always some single tickets they go to all Matchday members. There’s rarely 2 together but you might get lucky with Real Madrid returning the top tier

Managed to get a pair for me and my lad after yesterdays fiasco. Queue page said my wait was over an hour but when I refreshed it at about half 10 it let me in
 
I'm on the cup scheme but my tickets are in reservations and not downloaded to my mobile pass yet. That's weird. Unfortunately we can't make it and I'm trying to transfer them to my mate. Assume they want to sell them out first before the cup scheme holders are able to transfer

Don't do anything till they take the cup scheme payment tomorrow.
 
Cup scheme payments are taken tomorrow so maybe wait till you’ve paid for them before trying to transfer them
 
Total garbage experience so far. I am a member, but the ticketing website says I am not a member, but it also says I am a member etc etc. So I cannot buy a ticket for our match against the cock roaches. This has happened to me in the past and City resolved the technical problem at the time. I cannot understand why it has happened again - my membership is valid. I've bought Chumps League tickets before. However, it's happened again and I am assuming I won't be able to get a ticket if this does not get sorted asap. I have been on hold for 40 minutes so far. I am assuming when I get through I will end up speaking to Peter Swales. Happy days!

Same for me mate. Been to a champions league game this season but the website won’t let me buy tickets. Given up now

There still tickets left? When will they announce next stages? Trying for two ticket with my young lad, been to league games but champ league group stage at a 8 clock ko time with 3 hours travel wasnt very sellable with the missus for a day off/2days school. Now its Real i can blag that
 
I’ve managed to get two, and been told to download my Cityzens Membership Card on my phone to access. I’ve done that but the tickets haven’t appeared - anyone got any ideas? Thanks
