Thanks, rules and regulations came through before, I’ve got an hour to complete the swim and get on the bike, will hopefully do that but it’ll be tight I think. Once on the bike I’ll be fine.

Plan for next. Loved it, enjoy the punishment to be honest. If I can get the swimming perfected I’ll be a lot quicker as it’s taking the most out of me.
