There is a difference between a racist joke, like Clarksons or the black monopoly picture, and the other racist texts that were sent. The "fukn chinkys" "nothing like a jew that sees money slipping through his fingers" and "not many white faces amongst that lot" texts. That's not a joke in poor taste, that's just pure racism and displays a deep set bigotry in a person.
