Sorry, voluntary manslaughter, m'lud .Pretty sure attempted manslaughter isn’t a thing. That would be like trying not to kill someone.

Think you probably mean involuntary manslaughter, mate!Sorry, voluntary manslaughter, m'lud .
He chinned him didn’t he? Doesn’t sound involuntary.Think you probably mean involuntary manslaughter, mate!
:-)
Lol, yeah.He chinned him didn’t he? Doesn’t sound involuntary.
NeverCrazy that people decide to commit GBH because of a colour of a shirt.
Perhaps the police need to speak to @Kippax77 though. He seems to be the kind of bloke who’d condone these kind of things.
Brilliant news. Let's hope the courts deal with him properly and send him down for a few years as well as banning him from all football. The guy he sparked looked 60+ so hardly a threat surely. What a twat the Forest kid was.I saw the bastard get caught by the police. The copper chasing him was brilliant. Threatened to taser him so the **** got down on his knees while the copper handcuffed him. Brilliant police work.
There were loads of Police in and around the church car park opposite the Clayton Hall Tram stop an Hour before K.O., searching through the bins looking for something. Also saw some looking in the Bins on Ashton New Rd. More coppers going around the area like they were after someone, May be not football related but not a clue as to what was going on.
Yes - fantastic work from the police last night going off the accounts on here. Let's hope the **** gets the book thrown at him. This forum likes to slag the cops off but last night they showed why we have them. I was yards from the punch and only heard it but it knocked me sick. To see a bloke lying there spark out. There was no verbal before it, no warning, just a cowardly bastard playing the hard man.
Well done GMP
The victim is a city fan, I think justifiable homicide if it was The Giggs Jury ;)Lol, yeah.
Im pretty sure that voluntary manslaughter would just be called manslaughter in court though!
