In my experience British people are generally fairly scruffy dressers and so don't mind cramming their stuff in pockets.

Whereas nations with a population that generally dress more smartly/stylishly, tend to prefer bags.

Maybe if you’re wearing some heavy duty army pants or some shit. If it’s too hot for a coat, I’m more than likely going to be wearing shorts and there ain’t no room for all that lot without them ending up round my ankles. And trust me, no fucker wants to see that.

I carry some medication about with me at all times, there are reasons why people carry bags about with them.
