Brilliant if goes through, Wait aren't we suppose to be ruining football and everything else?

Well, I was right that it was to do with cold weather...
 
I seem to remember it was a Norman Foster design too...but it didn't look particularly 'all that'.
 
Partner for the planned standalone turbine was ecotricity. Abandoned because of the danger of falling ice. Seems odd (although I don't know quite where it was to be placed) because the very impressive standalone turbine by junction 11 (Reading) of the M4 is in a business park. I get my electricity from ecotricity.

A renewables power generation at the new facility would be great.

CHP systems....combined heat & power.

In industry these are used to give steam to local production facilities. Whilst that's excellent for sustainibility, I don't get how that's useful for residents.
