Man City ladies FC

I think its wrong that city ladies ladies dont get anything off the club as ladies football is on the up but i think the buckets and signatures off fans would be a good idea and surely etihad would donate if there was some way of advertiseing there company but get the fans on board and i am sure the club would listen i mean wots 30k to them

Maybe they should donate, just enough to run the club on a yearly basis and extra funds can then be raised by the Ladies club itself. For example £35k A YEAR! is not too much to ask when Aguero is paid (allegedly) £200,000 A WEEK!

I watched the last 4 or 5 games at mini Maine Road last season, and the standard of football was very good in deed, more should go and watch them.

Definitely need more to come along and watch and spread the word. Home games 2pm ko on Sundays (last season was anyway)

There is an article in the programme from last night and apparently there will be articles in follow up programmes so that should raise the profile of the ladies teams throughout this season. Maybe it could be stated in the programme the concerns raised here?

An example of how the club lending support was shown yesterday. @MCFC (the official twitter of City) gave the ladies a shout out on twitter at around 3pm (im a follower) MCFC has approximetely 85,000 followers. Imagine if the support would continue (i hope it will) they could get an increased fanbase which could increase the visibility of cityladies

As a actual supporter of the mens football team, I think we train harder, player better and win more than the men could ever do. We dont play for high price cars or for amazing figures in the bank account, we play for the badge and for the enjoyment of the game of football...If the mens team had a support and management system like the girls have, the men would be doing a better job at actually winning something. Instead week in and week out they make silly mistakes or not even try or go through the motions on the pitch and still earn a massive amount. Think the big boys at city should come and watch and see how football is really played

I would never donate to someone with this kind of an attitude, hopefully she isn't the one going to the club to ask for funding.

Thanks, definitely need more to come along and watch and spread the word. Home games 2pm ko on Sundays and if the men are at home as well we usually move the ko to an earlier time so that any ticket holder can watch both games!

Pleasure, ended up for a game being a makshift ballboy, god that was knackering o)

When's the 1st game ?
