man city- secretive club ...

After listening to "Mancini will be sacked for nearly 4 years", I can safely say the media are full of shit to be honest with no credibility.

They think they have the power to break us in the same way they have an annual story from the Chelsea managerial merry-go round.

Trouble is for them is that they've completely picked the wrong club with a very loyal set of supporters (particularly to their managers) and a grounded hierarchy who know sacking managers is not the way forward. Fools I say!

Well written article that is whatever the content, fair and balanced.

More of this please Mr Herbert, was a genuine pleasure to read a proper article.

Not arse licking but it is refreshing to see, only Martin Samuel comes to mind usually when i think 'fair, unbias, genuine' reporting.

But if there is one reason why City have not been able to command the Premier League for perhaps 18 months, it is that they lose something when their freedom to play their passing game denied them. They don't have the pace, the dagger blow, the shock tactic, then.

Very relevant part of the article. If teams let us play like Chelsea and United did we're great, but more and more refuse to let us play and that's why we need to recruit more players who bring something different and even scare opposition. We struggle more against average teams who pack the defence and midfield than good teams who think they can beat us with equally bold tactics. And until we sort that out dropped points on the road are going to plague our pursuit of the league title.

We need at least one "flat track bully", not saying he's the one, but tranny does that for real, Bale could be that player for us, but I'm sure that this summer we will see some world class players and some players of great potential coming in, after all we now have 2 people who actually know what there doing.

Yet another (long) article written with the single aim to undermine the manager and the club yet again and its 'fair & unbiased'?. Give me a break!

You can't pick up a newspaper without reading Mancini is on the brink of being sacked. And that is just what they want! They realise and understand that for all of his faults that Mancini is a winner - pure and simple. And season after season he continues to prove it by winning trophies. 'They' don't like it and don't want to get used to it. Whats the best way to stop it? That's right - get rid of Mancini and bring in a new Manager who will then change everything as we go into 'transition'. Well fuck them all I say! The Independent is probably one of the most anti City newspapers around and has been since the take over - don't forget this.
Tell me a football club where every single player loves the manager and agrees with him 100% Tell me a club where there is not some dressing room unrest or training pitch squabbles? The fact is Mancini is a winner - pure & simple and they know it...
Forza Mancini!
