The "Big Surprise" is the concert being put on for people who buy the new city kits first. Kid British and The Doves will be performing.

if the surprise was a signing (and i'm not sure it is, think the concert is the surprise), all the names mentioned, terry, gerrard, etc. the really biggest surprise would be a star name from the rags. what about letting rooney warm our bench??

Maybe they'll unveil Alves or Messi or Fletcher at the gig though :)
