It was opposite where my mrs works. Unfortunately, there was people filming it. She said there was even people getting impatient and saying " if you're gonna do it hurry up". She said she couldn't watch like all the other ghouls but could just hear his mother scream as he jumped.

The bloke called in where she works ( The English Lounge ) just beforehand and she said he looked a bit out of it. Just had a look around the building and then walked out.

You can guarantee in this day and age that some eejit will be stood there with his BB or iPhone filming away, possibly adding the odd 'hurry up' or 'jump' comment.

Did you see that in The Sun newspaper the other day? Some woman was recording a baby crawl on a ledge which was high up in a block of flats. She rang the police but my first thought would be to try and get attention or even run up to try find the room. Idiots of this world I guess

I remember when trying to drag off a mastiff that was ripping my dog to bits a load of kids just stood round with their fucking phones out. It seems the first response these days isn't to help someone it's to film it so they can post it on fucking facetube or somat.

Apparently he's just jumped - I can't imagine what was going through the poor man's head.

In the mid 90's some kid jumped from the 12th floor of Hayden Court in Monsall, I was in the security office, it was fob entry and he blagged in as someone was leaving, took the lift up and jumped, simple as that, I saw it on camera as he hit the floor, we went outside and it was horrific, a crumpled heap on the floor all limp, not much blood actually but a grey and red mush coming from the back of the head, the paramedic said it was probably where the spine and neck compressed the brain into the skull,
As said before, if seen the image never leaves you.

Someone tried it from that old building between Urbis and Victoria last week. Building covered in scaffolding and he was sat at the top. Only 4 stories high, which is probably why he didnt jump as he'd have been paralysed rather than dead. Seems to be a lot of it at the monent.
