Ramsdale and Basham, otherwise we’d have run up a cricket score.

I’m going for Cancelo ‘cos he was second to Walker but playing on the wrong side for him. We know he’s good going forward but had a good game defensively today as well.

Decent from Walker and Rodri, but went for Sterling. Unplayable in the first half.
Jesus Christ we made heavy weather of that as usual though
Walker has been a great signing - we need another like him on the left - as for making hard work of it - we could have done with a few more 1 nils last season and we would have been closer to dippers

Yeh, we were relatively comfortable in terms of actual chances conceded, but I’m from the twitchy generation - can’t relax til we’re 3-0 up.......

Thought we had some really good performances across the team, Walker again was great, Cancelo's best game, Rodri was awesome, centre halfs solid, Foden great again when he came on, Kev great, Bernardo loads of running and really grew into the game, Sterling nearly ran himself into the ground and Torres was great in flashes. Also not forgetting Eddy, when called upon made a great save. All in all (apart from mahrez ffs) even though it was a tough watch sometimes I thought we were played well

Thought that we might be in for one of those games when, in the first few seconds of the match, McBunnie hopped into Dias with no intention of going for the ball and that blind scrote who's supposed to be a referee did absolutely nothing about it. Thankfully Rodri took charge of any further attempts at hoof ball tactics and Kyle did the once in a blue moon feat of scoring. It's goals that win games though so I voted for Kyle.
