Three points in the book, away to a side playing with 10 behind the ball. We created plenty of chances - unlucky that we didn't score more. Job done.

Thought that we might be in for one of those games when, in the first few seconds of the match, McBunnie hopped into Dias with no intention of going for the ball and that blind scrote who's supposed to be a referee did absolutely nothing about it. Thankfully Rodri took charge of any further attempts at hoof ball tactics and Kyle did the once in a blue moon feat of scoring. It's goals that win games though so I voted for Kyle.

Commentators had a little giggle about Dias getting clattered and I thought here we go again.
Listening to McPointalot commentating you'd think he was some rock solid centre half who never backed out of a challenge.
I think we've learnt how to play against the cloggers like these and Burnley. Keep the ball moving and don't let them near you. Eventually they just run out of steam and save their energy for a game they could win.
Sheffield Utd and Burnley in the bottom three is a great sight. If the Rags join them that would be perfect

Yeh, we were relatively comfortable in terms of actual chances conceded, but I’m from the twitchy generation - can’t relax til we’re 3-0 up.......

Afraid that means nothing (see my recent thread on City giving up 3-goal lead v Bournemouth, Forest, Newcastle , Doncaster etc). I'm only comfortable when we're 5-0 up and 30 seconds to go,

There's always someone not happy about what players did/didn't do. Did you see the match thread? Mahrez was about as popular as a fart in a lift.

That's something we definitely share. 3-0 is the magic number. TBF, one moment aside, we didn't look like conceding but 1-0 will always be precarious.
