Literally can’t understand why people are saying Cancelo. Thought he was dire. Mard arse and can’t defend.

Saints defence and midfield. Absolutely superb effort and discipline. Hard to choose any City player when losing like that. They all seem mediocre considering our usual high standards. Everyone made mistakes.

He was absolutely terrible for me, just goes to show how opinions can vary I suppose.

Fair enough. Some of his passing going forward created some of our best openings (notably the ball for Silva). Defensively he is, and probably always will be, very suspect.
