If you go back to when Pellegrini should have won it, won the Premier League and League Cup in his first season but ridiculously, Tony Pulis won it, then on that score there’s no reason why Eddy Howe shouldn’t have been named Manager of the Year. This may not be popular but I think Eddy Howe has done a great job at Newcastle. Only been there what 5 months ?
That's a great summationWatch him on the touchline, all he does is gurn at his players, berate the 4th official, and whoop and tub thump to the crowd.
- His subs are all like-for-like players in the same positions.
- He never strays from 4-3-3.
- Kick and rush from the quarter-backs.
- No change in tactical formations during mid-play.
- Hardly any instructions given to his individual players during the game.
- He criticised Southgate for playing Tront in midfield for England, then took the plaudits a few months later when Tront shuffled inside for a couple of games.
- A voyeur in the pre-match warm ups, whilst the last minute coaching is done by others.
- Always sniping at other coach's tactics or fans if they give his team a difficult time.
The PL coach of the year.
I'd like to see the list where the manager of the team that wins the PL didn't get manager of the year. All it’s given on is premier league cups dont shouldn’t come into it and why what’s coming out is the line Klopp kept the premier league Alive to the last day
I believe its been us all three timesI'd like to see the list where the manager of the team that wins the PL didn't get manager of the year.
I've just looked at the list. Mancini, Pellers and now Guardiola. Liverpool have one title and two wins. Mmmmmm. Wonder what Barclays think when Carabao and the FA elbow their way into the PL!I believe its been us all three times
