Managing Iheanacho

There's no way in Hell, Nacho is going to supplant Aguero as No.1, scoring a hat-trick against lowly Villa, isn't scoring a hat-trick against Bayern in a must win game, no matter how big his talent is, there needs to be gradual and managed use of his talent, which I think Pellers is doing, and being at City, there will naturally be less enthusiasm from the press, meaning he will slip, under the radar somewhat, and avoid all the hype, hype that lesser talents accost he road have attracted, yet amounte to diddly squat all

I would play both in the two games, get a lead then look at subbing Aguero. Play Navas and Sterling on the wings, perm any two from Nando, Dino, Delph for middle. Bring on Yaya if not goin well/or to rest players. Sagna as CB with Otto. Job done.
Been saying play Sagna centre back for ages can't believe it's took mp that long to do it.

Best manager of KI has been Sagna, for me.

Got in his ear today, like he did at pre-season, probably to tell him to relax.

I had very little time for Sagna, last year.

This year his contribution has been telling.

He clearly keeps Kelz grounded.

Sagna has been a revelation this season. Crazy to think he was just sitting on our bench all of last season. Top player and mentor.

Hes clearly a special talent and he will inevitably end up getting more minutes as the season progresses, hopefully overtaking Bony as the number 2.

However he's going to have a really shit run of form at some point, because every player in the world does, and I'm hoping certain shitehawks realise we should get behind him and not destroy the kids confidence and wreck a potentially brilliant player as is normally the case for a young player in the Premier league.

You could probably make a case for getting behind Bony too, seeing as he is not firing on all cylinders.Dont pick the city players you want to encourage.Get behind them all. The whole squad will be needed as we continue our assault on 4 trophies.Bony is capable of so much more ( checkout the bullying of Kompany, before rifiling a 20 yard venomous shot beyond englands no.1 at swansea the other year before u doubt its more than a dip in form) and with the encouragement of the crowd we may just see the real man, with full confidence to execute the brilliance that enabled him to outscore sergio in 2014 in the prem. All players need our support, not just the young ones Sir.

Managing KI's talent is very important no doubt but the best way to go about that is still up for debate. If you ask me, I'll say sometimes the fear of failure can be worse than failure itself.

Well so far so good MP has handled KI brilliantly. He has given him a taste of league football. Also bleeded him in the cup games with regular starts and KI has scored goals. If we continue this then KI will be a important player for us for years to come.

I think he'll get a start away at Sunderland. It would be very harsh to drop him after he's scored a hattrick.
No he shouldn't start at Sunderland
He's just played a full 90 mins up front on his own, Aguero should be doing that on Tuesday and if we get a commanding lead sub Kelichi in
He's still growing, developing and improving his strength and overplaying kids is what leads to them being less effective

Of course that's what should happen, and will have been the plan all along I'm sure. As you say, he will get loads of game time this season, and lots of opportunities to replace Sergio to keep him fresh when games are won. If Sergio gets injured we know he's ready to deputise, and he will get starts anyway.

Sergio is on fire at the moment.
Start him v the makens and bring Kelechi on as soon as the game is safe.
