Manc bible

Was amazed that Greg's didn't sell meat and potato pasties in Northumberland - surely it's not a manc thing?
 
I'd imagine all areas of Gtr Manchester refer to town as town.

Middleton has a town centre, Stockport, Salford ... when they go town, they're going town aren't they?

Yep just wrong it's because there is more potato than meat - and god knows what sort of meat but dinner when I was at school was a pasty on a barm - lovely :)
 
I say Bokkle more often than I say Bottle. I know I know but I won't change ;)
