Viadux is incredible development by Salboy located in the heart of the city centre. The first picture is where the 20m swimming pool and spa amenities will be located, underneath the listed archways.

The show apartment has been beautifully furnished to enhance the high specification finishes throughout.

It has been a very exciting week at Regent Plaza. We have had interior designers on-site working on individual apartments ready for handover in the coming weeks. What a beautiful space, modern city living at its finest. Just look at that light.

OBI are delighted to be involved in another listed building project in Manchester. The Phase 1 soft strip out works at ‘Lower Campfield’ have commenced to the Grade II listed building and previous home of the old MOSI, Air & Space museum‍.

Viadux looking good in the morning sunshine, Manchester's next iconic tower is flying up. The engineering involved building through the Victorian archways still amazes me, and the spaces will make stunning features for the amenity areas.
