Bearing in mind that the younger brother is a student, with little income ,they must have run up a substantial legal bill, in fact I believe Imran Khan ( ex cricketer) was part of the legal team.
So their lawyers have either worked for free, the 2 brothers are in huge debt and will be paying legal fees for years, or the Muslim community in Rochdale have done a crowd funding exercise and all chipped in to help them.

Just to counter the mistaken bias argument 2 of their community have been sentenced to 11 and 12 years in prison over a fatal accident when they were speeding at 139mph and inhaling laughing gas on Kingsway. The defence Barrister told the court that one of the accused was about to start an apprenticeship with Network Rail. Hope it wasn't as a driver.

it is far right-for starters Farage and his goons were moaning that labour were getting rid of jury trials-when labour were simply trying to do things to help clear up the backlog left by the Tories-who decimated the justice system, just like everything else they fucked over.

They haven't got away with it.

One is awaiting sentence for his previous convictions on the matter.

The jury see's all evidence, not just the stuff in the public domain. Two juries have now been unable to reach a verdict which means the evidence on one charge, was not as clear cut as some would like.

There are more to trials than what's currently in the public domain.

By your logic, City should be found guilty because of the 6 emails that point to wrong doing.
 
Once I was at work and an offender I was chasing whom I knew was incredibly violent, headbutted me so hard my head was ringing for days...he didn't go to prison.
