Manchester City are nailed on to win the FA Cup - the proof

If we go on some of the postings by my fellow blues on here then we are out when we meet Everton after the Villa game as no one believes we can beat them.lol we are destined to lose or draw with them in the league according to all the prediction stats by doom and gloomers. so why bother as we are supposed to be out of the title race, destined for 5th place, out of the FA Cup when we meet Everton and the EL we willbe 2nd favourites to King kens dippers.lol

Come on fellow Blues start believing we are not out of the title race until its mathmatically impossible. Top four with the CL restarting the teams involved may suffer with having to play the best 11 in both legs. Spurs already losing players to injuries. Arsenal have a bigger fixture pile up than we have and you know the injuries will start piling up and mentally they are a fragile bunch when its not all going their way.

Man utd the luck must surely run out soon and some tough games coming up.
Chelsea are in dire form and could end up way behind us.

lets believe like the rags and arsenal that its not over until the fat bird Rooneys Sh@gging starts to sing.lol

There is only one club that wins the greatest play-off final with a superb last minute fightback who were overshadowed by their near neighbours' success in the Champions League final.

There is only one club in the frame for the title who go on to win it only for the TV cameras to be at another game (player by their near neighbours) and therefore only very limited highlights being available.

There is only one club that wins the Cup Winners Cup in front of a mere few thousand as it tales place in the Eastern Block and again the TV cameras had better things to do so very limited highlights are available.

This year the FA Cup Final takes place for the first time ever on the same day as a full Premier League schedule.

So City will win the Cup but hardly anyone will be watching on tele'.

Perhaps a power failure at the TV trucks will mean only a few snippets of TV coverage will be available for the generation that follow?

Maybe we can also expect Fergie to announce his retirement/Ancelloti to be sacked/Redkapp to have a heart attack to take the limited numbers of viewers over to SSN.

I suspect a few Viennese may have an issue with you describing their city as Eastern Block. Having been there myself, it is anything but ;)

GDM, I have never met a City fan who attended that game so what was it like as an occasion, as it was rather overlooked by our lovely press (Were U****d were doing something that night or something!!!)

From memory, live on UK TV that night was the Chelsea v. Leeds FA Cup Final replay at the swamp...

You got it right fbloke, apart from one thing.

The league didn't didn't take away the viewing figures, they were very high. In actual fact our cup win overshadowed United's title.
