Not one of those mentioned has shown enough to be given premier league games. There's some potential and one or two who will forge a good career in the game but to say any of them should be playing regular for a team challenging at the top end of the league is batshit.

Saurez should be given a chance in the last two league games with his recent form. Would also love to see Ntcham on the bench as he is a special talent.

You're one of these know it alls who pretend to know about european footy (got owned there) and now you're pretending to know about our reserves (geting owned again)

Football snobs like you spout off long lists of EDS players not because you've ever seen them play or know what qualities they have but purely to make yourself seem more knowledgable than the average fan.

I don't know a thing about our kids - haven't seen them play since we beat Chelsea in the youth cup final but I know people who know lots about 'em. Roberto and David they're called and if they thought player X,Y or Z could do the job then they'd play em.

And when you think that the lions share of Hughes investment was wasted on the likes of Adebayor, Santa Cruz, Bridge and paid way over the odds for the likes of Lescott (even though I like him) it makes Mancini's achievement all the more remarkable.

Or plenty of Hughes' signings are still integral first team or squad players that were gifted to Mancini in order to build upon,as to how good of a job he has made of that is open to debate.

you cant really count nastasic he was already a regular in the fiorentina side and an international. Its like saying we buy varane whos 19 i think from madrid and that means we are giving youngsters a chance.

The poster above is right mancini doesnt give chances to youth players regardless of the importance of the game, take barnsley in the fa cup for example. A few minutes isnt a chance. Players like suarez who are clearly talented enough dont even get on the bench. Hopefully he will be though the next game

I'd certainly have no problem giving them minutes now that there's nothing to play for, it would only be of concern if they were getting thrust in for getting games sake when we're still fighting for points. The problem for me is where we are right now means that taking a risk in the league is one risk too many. Early CC games against lower opposition no worries, even FA cup early rounds in the right circumstances but not in the league unless it's at home and the game is won.
