OK mate, so showing the corporate world year on year increases in profit isn't important then..1) Minimum 10% 'rebate' to all this seasons Season & Flexi ticket holders by way of a contra against next seasons tickets.
2) Minimum 10% reduction in all non corporate ticket prices for next season.
3) Price freeze on all tickets for the following 3 years.
4) Review all catagories of ticket prices with a view to a simple, transparent, lower priced structure.
We are not a PLC where YoY Revenue and Profit growth are expected to protect/enhance share vslue and dividend payments.
We are a private company with two shareholders.
Mad isn't it, howeverI just want to point out that if Man City would have charged £0 for every single ticket for every single game in every single cup last season for all stands AND the corporate hospitality, then they would have still made a profit.
Good ideas there, free travel on Bee network and Tram for match goers is an excellent idea.Mate fully don’t disagree. Don’t live in Manchester any longer, but imagine both clubs contribute a lot to Manchesters finances. Rewarding fans with free public transport or discounts for public parking would be a start.
Same with club, if your gonna charge £70 for a ticket include pie and a pint.
Something that demonstrates we’re not just considered as an income
That isn't very good is it?He’s 22 and he’s only played 7 times this season. Although he played 35 games last year.
Great, Eastbourne and Worting.Brighton do this. Free train travel if have match ticket from Eastbourne one side and Worthing the other.
Your £1.75m additional profit the club made out of the SC increase doesn't allow for the hike in hospitality prices. So, let's add say £500,000 to that figure, which seems about right.
We increased year on year profit by £2.2m last financial year, which is therefore solely down to the increase levied on supporters.
Big companies will do anything to post year on year increases in profit, any downtrend is frowned upon by the suits.
So, here you go lads, have a tenner on us for a pie and a pint, see you next season for another raid on your hard-earned.
Rinse and repeat suckers.
