Financial expert Jamie ‘spit’ Carragher disputes the numbers for CityNo, last year they had 831.4m Euros compared to our 825.9m
This years figure for us is 852.7m Euros so lets see if they match that?

Doesn't this guy have injury issues as well as Stones though?
Barms. Just saying, like.Release clauses will still be pricey and as for PSR we can just fudge £75 million on allowances on the loss of revenue because the lack of sale of Chip muffins in Covid 19
In case he doesn't reply. Companies have to state any issues or problems that might impact on next year's profits/loss.
For the last 2 years the club have mentioned the 115 charges because there was a huge risk that everything could change, fines, relegation etc.
For them not to mention it this year has to be significant.
Why have they omitted it ? (Giggles to himself) I am not an auditor or accountant but it has to be a positive sign.
Maybe with the introduction of an independent regulator, there might be a condition that is introduced where there has to be a fan group independent from the clubs at every club that has to have a input on things.Great sentiment.
But the club still wouldn't listen or take notice.
I've accepted that. Other City fans should as well.
I'm more interested in knowing who's driving this revenue drive and money grab.(from the fans)
Is it from Khaldoon? Or has Soriano been given a free hand by Khaldoon, who isn't interfering?
Your £1.75m additional profit the club made out of the SC increase doesn't allow for the hike in hospitality prices. So, let's add say £500,000 to that figure, which seems about right.Even Season Tickets…
Let’s say the average ticket is £750 and we have 35,000 of them, that comes to £26.25m.
What can their justification for prices of season tickets being increased by £30-50 a season be? That equates to just £1.05m (at a £30 increase per ST) and £1.75m (at a £50 increase per ST).
City could have frozen the price of season tickets since the TV Revenue went up massively from around 2015 and still made a profit over the decade.
They could argue about £1.75m in a transfer negotiation and give a club £75m for a player instead of £76.75m, or we could sell a player for £36.75m instead of £35m. We could offer every player in the 25 man squad just £1,347/week less on their next contract extension - I’m sure someone on £135/week won’t care that their next contract will be for £168,653/week instead of £170k/week.
Who are the 'good' players we missed out on and the ' cheaper' ones we brought in.
Your response will be illuminating.
1) Minimum 10% 'rebate' to all this seasons Season & Flexi ticket holders by way of a contra against next seasons tickets.SERIOUSLY - :
It would useful for posters to list just five sensible/deliverable actions that the club could take to reverse to disenfranchising of loyal hard working, cash strapped fans in a very difficult economic environment.
If they dont, following these results and the huge push back from our fan base, it will confirm once and for all that the club is prepared to stand guilty of a complete disregard for us and the alianisation will accelerate as fans act as they see fit by joining thousands who have stopped going to games.
You are at a dangerous tipping point City, and i suggest you read The Sheikh's letter to the clubs fan base following his investment,as your actions are diametricly opposed to his wishes !!
We are not a PLC where YoY Revenue and Profit growth are expected to protect/enhance share vslue and dividend payments.Your £1.75m additional profit the club made out of the SC increase doesn't allow for the hike in hospitality prices. We increased year on year profit by £2.2m last financial year, which is therefore solely down to the increase levied on supporters.
Big companies will do anything to post year on year increases in profit, any downtrend is frowned upon by the suits.
So, here you go lads, have a tenner on us for a pie and a pint, see you next season for another raid on your hard-earned.
Rinse and repeat suckers.
Well looking at My interaction with Tragic hat on x today , he is apparently saying he 'knows' we are royally fucked. In case he doesn't reply. Companies have to state any issues or problems that might impact on next year's profits/loss.
