quick question. does Fernando have an understood role at this club interms of playing time and the types of games he is supposed to play.
I'd say his role is similar to Javi Garcia. Just that he's more mobile.

Coming to the game, Everton are shite at the moment and look very tired, if we press sufficiently, we can win this.

What's everyones prediction for the game? Is Silva back for this? Either way we should be beating these blue scousers, they aren't in good form and we are in scarily good form, city win 3-0.

Seems like only yesterday we had an infestation of blue dippers, nearly all bitter as fuck telling us what was right and what was wrong.

They're not the fired up team they once were, keep Lucaku quiet we may miss Komps for this and track the runs of Merailles and McGeady and we'll win by 2/3 goals.

Milner and Navas need to play to keep their full backs penned back and stop them from attacking us.

Please, please, please don't rotate and leave Fernandinho on the bench. And don't play Sagna. Best team, no fucking about.

Manuel played the same team against Sunderland as he did against Southampton. The only change was forced because of Vinny's injury.

So I doing think he is going to stray far from a winning formula. I suppose he will replace Boyata with Mangala (although I wouldn't be unhappy if he didn't). Other than that change the team almost picks itself.

One other comment about Navas. He has made more appearances than any other player this season. While his attack is sometimes inconsistent, the defensive side of his game is underestimated. He does an enormous amount of work on that right hand side. I can see why Manuel considers him such an important player. He is underestimated by many Bluemooners.

Some is inevitable. Everton isn't must win, but Roma is. We could make up the points in the league but once we're out of the CL we're out.
