What is with Liverpool supporters and talking about their bloody history?

Aren't Man City allowed to create history? As a Man Utd supporter, I'm proud to have another force in Manchester. It's good for football.

You're only as good as your last result in this game - titles and history is all well and good but all that really matters is the here and now.

Hope you lot smash them mouthy, bitter twats tomorrow.

Just watching Football Focus and they had Brenda quoting "Liverpool are all about bringing young players through compared to the spending of Manchester City" . The two players they have on the video while they play the quote? Sturridge and Henderson. lol.

This media hysteria might well play against Liverpool. Apart from the pressure it heaps on them (and yes, when a Manager talks about all the pressure being on the other team, you know he is feeling it), I am sure this will rile our players and they will not want to depart from Anfield as losers. As someone pointed out, Bayern and Barca are both better teams than Liverpool and we went in there and matched them both toe-for-toe. If we show the passion we showed at Nou Camp and get through the first 20 minutes which will be a cauldron, then we have a mighty good chance of getting a result.

cant wait, they gona come storming out of the blocks, this could be our chance to hit on counter, cant see any reason we cant win this, kun is back which should lift us big time, pressure on them being top and at home, 1-3 kun with a brace and yaya with a screamer
