We've improved a lot under Brendan, but this is a step too far for our side. I will be happy with a good account of ourselves like in the away fixture.

Of course, that doesn't mean we can't win. We play well, and at the top of our game like at Arsenal, I can see us winning 3-1.

Quite frankly, I would be very happy with a draw and ecstatic with your result above. Liverpool are the best side we have played domestically this season - better than Chelsea - oh and Wigan...;) We were lucky to win the home game against you but I do think that we will play better on Sunday.

Would you consider Aguero to replace Dzeko if he was fully fit? Or keep Dzeko in the starting line-up because he is in a good form?

A draw at Liverpool would be a good result only if we then can win all our other games including Everton away

We did not play that well v Southampton yesterday.

I think we should not start with Nasri v Liverpool. Nasri and Silva together not always a good option against better and fast attacking opposition. Thus start with Silva only and either have Navas in place of Nasri or Milner in place of Nasri.

I would play Aguero if fit and have Jovetic to add some pace.

Still worried about Demichellis V Sturridge or Suarez

Would you consider Aguero to replace Dzeko if he was fully fit? Or keep Dzeko in the starting line-up because he is in a good form?

I'd consider Negredo over both of them. The game is going to be intense and we need to match them as much as possible. Negredo wouldn't give their defence any peace, and he's much more likely to score there when he doesn't have time to think about it. Bring Aguero or Dzeko on for the last 30 minutes.

i suspect like most others you think you will steamroller us, a visit to your forum confirms this

if you do fair play, but i dont see the evidence for it, the only team to get near to it was bayern at home.

if both teams play to their potential then i can see the draw

if we play Demichelis in this game, City will be expose everytime. Saints attackers get through City defensive lines several times, imagine this with Liverpool. they have speed demons everywhere. playing high defensive lines with them, is like a suicide. hope Pelle will get his tactics right for this game.

Win this and the club (including us fans) will be on cloud nine with possibly one hand on the title. It'll be an entertaining and enthralling game, no doubt.

Tough decisions with regard to the line up. Clichy or Kolarov. Does Garcia start after his strong game and recent form, and what do we do with Yaya if he does. Do we bring Kun straight back in and possibly play 2 up front or do we leave him on the bench as a super sub.

It's a toss up, my heart says go for broke and all out attack them, mind says that we don't want to lose and should play more reserved.
